Real karate was hardcore. Todays karate is funny.

This is what i love about karate, the old-school karate that how they turn every muscle of their body into hard rock. Today's karate doesn't even come close, they hand out belts like participants' trophy. They wear higher belts but their skills don't match the belt.

I took 3yrs of Kokondo Karate, it was all about making the body harder.

Most likely Goju Ryu, or one of the okinawan styles judging by the tools. Old school is the best school

Old School Karate doesn’t even use GI that's Japanese Karate not Old School Karate.
