It's very entertaining but I'm already in a lvl 8 clan and we are very active but thanks for the tips in every video you make it's very cool you really deserve more subs rather than some other CoC clickbaiters

Something I always tell myself is that you should make players WANT to stay not FORCED. It's also important to remember that losing one member when you've got over 30 won't kill your clan. It'll give you a bad reputation as a leader if you keep nagging then to stay.

I want to give a tip for clan recruitment
Tip:Allow only those players who has the same or higher TH level that majority of your clan members have.

Reading alot of comments giving their own advice on running a clan, figured id give my own.

Being a co leader of a lv 23 clan for a few years, the most valuable advice i can give for coc & leadership in general.

Dont overwhelm people below you with unnecessary micro managing, rules are an objective. Not a standard. It's not the end of the world when rules arent being followed to a T, its a game at the end of the day.

Regarding recruitment, id say the clan invite tool is ideal for most players, spam invite & you'll be fine.
