Bro, thank you so much for making this video. I turn my car on and my infotainment was completely black, had no compass for navigation, no audio, no telephone. And that's sincerely did not know what to do. It get my Multivan T7 and my system do a reboot every 3 minutes. I hope this gets this problem fixed.

Hi, I bought VW ID4 2021 (Chinese version) 10 days ago, it's a used car, i used the car microphone to make some phone calls and then all of a sudden it stopped working !!! i made a hard reset but unfortunately it didn't work !!!
I went to car electrician, he replaced the screen computer (ICAS3) for testing purposes, and it worked . ICAS3 costs a fortune, is there any work around to fix my mic without paying much money?

Picked up my 24 Atlas SEL from dealer yesterday. They must not have done anything. I listen to satellite exclusively. The voice prompt sometimes responds that music cannot be selected at this time. Other times, a channel I want cannot be found. Lastly, sometimes I request channel 125 (Patriot channel) and it selects it perfectly. Don't know where else to go. Could a reset help this? It isn't Sirius because I can manually select that channel every time no issue. Only issue when trying to access via voice prompt. Thank you!
