1) She's intimidated by the guy who approaches her and thinks he's a player or she's not on his level .
2) She has medium to low interest
3) She has low self esteem and she just wants attention . That's why women say "we can be friends"
4) She's not that sexually attracted to the guy
5) Her fear from bad relationships in the past is stronger than her desire to get with the guy .
Any guy who approaches and talks to a lot of women in his life knows that if a woman really like you . She will make it easy because she doesn't want to mess the situation up !

The competition is also stiff with men not only women anymore. If the woman plays hard to get the man quickly shift to another who will definitely play simple to get. cool. Because in the long run both women will exhibit the same purpose in the life that they were destined to fulfill in the relationship they finally end up with. I had a personal experience with a lady who played as such. After three attempts I started ignoring her. Then she attempted to use her body language to bring back my attention without verbally implying it. But them my emotions were already drained for someone else without her knowing. She tried and tried but I just ignored her.

6 months ago, For the first time in my life I went straight to tell a lady what I really want from her in the long term. I have known her for years but we just used to talk rarely and randomly, so she was surprised. We connect a lot and talk a lot about work, family and future. We even planned to invest in a business together. However, I made my intentions clear, but she seems to shy away when I bring the subject up. We are both in our 30s... I asked her if she honestly see me as someone she can be with but she never answers. So recently I just decided to pull back. Honestly I just don’t have energy to play game. She may be interested but I just stop being available. Now when she calls we only talk about business.
