The thing is I can't think of this useful thing that I should do. It's like I'm just lost in a road of bad routine with need of guidance without having anyone to guide you for several years

Literally, use a spin bike under my standing desk. I also use smell salts to stay awake for my boring online lectures for college. Another trick I use to read is the jiffy reader extension to help me focus on my reading because it usually puts me to sleep.

I tell myself I don’t have to do something and it takes the pressure off and I end up doing it 🤷🏼‍♀️

Hi! I would like to book a consultation with you and was curious if the functional lab tests are at an additional cost after the consultation? I would like to have an idea of what the total cost would be to work with you as I would really love to! Thanks

Hey Doctor, are there any supplements you know of that help reduce ocd symptoms? I tried 5HTP, Ashwagandha, and NAC and none of them worked.

I can't really figure out what I should be taking.
I have been on Atomoextin and Motiron, but then I tried vitamins and started staking B compelete, Iron Zinc, Vitamin D3, L-Tryptophan, L-Tyrosin, Magnesium bisglycinat, Omega 3, and Black Maca.
I was feeling good for 2 weeks but now I don't feel so good.
I am soon running out of L-Tryptophan and don't know if I should get 5-htp or L-Theanine

That doesn't work for me. I just do it for 5-10 mins. There is also something called a 5 second rule too but i find that gives me anxiety. I just do it and hate every moment of it lol :)
