another reason of the MANY MANY reasons that altars of apostasy is so good is that it’s ENTIRE calm version is a build up by itself. the amount of emotion the guitar riff has is also so overwhelming and never fails to send chills down my spine. i still have NO IDEA how hakita managed to make a song so versatile and groundbreaking. still my top ultrakill soundtrack
