Dear Dhruv, I am a teacher, You picked up a very good topic with detailed explanation. Great work by you and your team. Hats off.

I would like you to talk about vegetable farming (how they are using dirty water and chemicals which are harmful), about teachers working in private schools (how they are suffering with the pay and the number of working days, holidays, parents speak about teachers very badly which i cannot write hear, which hurts me as a teacher), about doctors and hospitals, street foods, about education policy in the country, about parenting (how parents are spoiling children by giving gadgets, unhealthy food, online games etc).

Me too thought for a moment 'What should we eat?? What should we feed our kids??'. You caught that point too.. Better to spend time in preparing food at home, rather than spending time for medical problems! Very informative video. Thank you!

Hi Dhruv, can you please make a detailed video on baby food items? Parents are so confused because kids don't eat anything easily and considering everyone is so busy in their lives, everyone prefers easy options like cerelac, powdered milk etc. however, we don't know how healthy they are for our kids.

Thank you for the in-depth video. I’m a Taiwanese staying in India for the last 5 years. You really pointed out my frustration of not able to find bread without additives. It’s either the cheap bread leaded with chemical or crazily expensive artisan bread that doesn’t have any label. I just wish there’s some big brand out there that can make a change of it.

As for the maida part, I would like to raise a different voice. For the last five years, I was told how bad maida is, and how atta is so much better. Yet, this massive aversion towards maida in India really puzzles me. My staple food: noodles, baos, and (orientalist style) paratha are all made with maida. Even consuming it for years, we people don’t seem any less healthy or live any shorter. In fact, Taiwan is a place where healthy food awareness is given a lot of importance. However, we don’t share the idea of “maida is a big no-no” at all back home. Yes it could be less healthy, maybe just a little less, but it gives way way way more texture to the food which is very emphasized in our cuisine. Whenever I am told how bad maida is, I somehow feel like my food culture is being rejected. just want to give a different point of view here. Hope I’m not offending anyone.

Hey Dhruv. I've been watching your content for a while now, since the last 5 months and I have to say the topics you speak about and the information we gain from it is just amazing. Who would have ever thought about something as simple as bread? But kudos to you. In these past 5 months I've binge watched almost all of your videos and eagerly wait for the next one. All I have to say is I hope what you are building doesn't break and keep up the good work. I don't know if you'll read this comment but best wishes from Goa, where bread is part of our staple diet. Looking forward to the next video. Cheers ✌️
