Changing the cell size of a Raster (Resampling) using ArcGIS

I need your kind support. The pixel size of my raster is like 0.00074188232, 0.00074188232. I have changed the PCR from GCR and later used resample techniques to change the pixel size from 0.00074188232 to 20. But It showed error message like Output raster is empty and specified cell size is too small or too large. In this circumstances, What should I do? Please help me. I will be grateful to u.

Hello Sir, nice tutorial! I've resampled Landsat mss level 2 data and then combined them using layer stacking raster on ENVI but my problem is that as its older data it's actual size is 80 m and after resampling it got converted to 60 m. How can I convert them to 30 m using envi ? Please help 🙏
