Jack was actually the most comic accurate Joker. The real Joker, as far as we know, doesn’t have a sad, sobby backstory. He’s just a piece of crap without any real explanation.

Well...he was already confident and experienced enough thanks to his long life and career before that, so he could handle this part while having fun with it and without psychologically damaging himself for this...hands down my number 1 Joker of all times and forever (even though they were all really good anyway, especially Ledger and Phoenix, for obvious reasons).
