he video discusses the process of replacing lifter trays in an engine as a precautionary measure to prevent breakage and ensure proper functioning. The lifter trays are shown to have keyways to prevent the lifters from spinning, with the option of using link bar lifters for additional support. The importance of soaking the lifters in oil for lubrication is highlighted, along with the positioning of the oil hole facing towards the front of the engine. The video also demonstrates the installation of the lifter trays using specialty shoulder bolts provided by GM, which are torqued to 106 inch pounds.

Would it make sense to then bleed the lifters some before installing them to be able to get the preload correct? If you soak them in oil and they're super stiff, couldn't that affect the pre loading process?

Why did you only soak your lifters for 2 hours? I was always told that you had to soak them for at least 24 hours is that not true?

So, I purchased morel lifters for mine. The hole is either on top or bottom versus the traditional lifter. Which way would you recommend up or down?

Just tore apart a 2015 Camaro SS. The lifters on one half of the bracket are not the same size as the other half?
