@1:50, INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT point not mentioned is that you want to make sure you are screwing the mounting plate into the studs, not just any random place in the wall.

Don’t ever use a drill to put screws into the tv use only a screw drive. You could destroy the tv by driving the screws to far into it.

I'm trying to get the TV off the wall - It won't come off the bracket. What do I do? Do I lift it from the bottom and pull straight up?

Make sure you screw into wood in the wall not just drywall if your tv is heavy enough it could rip out the dry wall, get yourself a stud finder from Home Depot or a handy man you know, good luck folks

can you adjust the height of the tv after it is mounted? I upgraded from a 55" to a 75" and need to move it up 3 inches

why do people mount their TVs so high? lol, optimal viewing height for the line of sight is 42' (center of TV from line of sight when seated on a sofa)
