Isn't creatine depots being filled up over time?
It's not something that has a one time effect or an immediate effect?
Or am I wrong?

I use Ben Greenfield's Kion EAA powder and sometimes I take a quality molecular hydrogen tablet or two in a glass bottle of water.  Thank you!

Thank you Tonya. Great advice. You read my mind again! I'm looking for a good pre-workout that I can put into my 2 ~24 oz bottles of water. I like to use lemon and lime in my water. I love water. How ever I have my 3 cups of coffee and right before the gym I drink my Frappe moca cold coffee and I'm Ready! Lol 💪 M. D. R. Make Dreams Reality ♥ 💪
