The scene that gave me shivers is when the Kid is in prison and the Judge is giving him this monologue about he "betrayed the gang" after escaping with the Ex priest, he says "Don't you know I'd have loved you like a son." Then he says, reaching through the cells bars "Come here! Let me touch you!"

A truly evil man.
