Just finished eating, and that burger still had my mouth watering! I worked at Famous Dave's BBQ for 8 years and towards the end of my time there they started making their burgers with brisket mixed in the ground beef, they were so bomb! Great video Steve 🍔🇺🇸

I've wondered how a brisket or other meats would turn out being smoked or grilled from frozen. It looks like it turned out pretty good and it looked delicious! It also looks like you have a professional taster too!
I thought I was the only one who forgets to turn on the mic, but, it also turns out I also forget to start the camera at one point or another, and then I wonder what happened...lol. Thank you for sharing

Good idea with the smash burgers. It must have broken your heart when your trimming point broke apart. It surprised me the short cook time from frozen to finished.I thought it would take a lot longer. Your finished product looked awesome. Cheers.

Question if you're going from frozen why wait for pit to come to temp seems you'd wanna stick in pit during warm up to help defrost the brisket

That looks like it turned out pretty good. Did you have to add more charcoal, or did it last the five hours.
