Great story, Scott, very interesting. Reaching your goals is actually quite a stressful time in a relationship. You both need to set out in a new direction and people don't always go the same way.

I am with you, I like tactile feel of holding a book etc... Research says that in your latter years you appreciate the experiences more than the material things, so don't bemoan the money on a trip or vacation. As far as second guessing your financial maneuvers, "winning ugly" is still a W. Great video and congrats your debt elimination. 👍🏻

It’s a great feeling Scott to see debts dropping off one by one. In the space of 12 months I have cleared 3 debts which made me £300 a month better off and my only debts left are my car and my credit card but both are coming down nicely. Cash is king 👑

You don’t need to go through all buying and selling homes. You can just buy the house on a land contract and avoid banks in general. Although that usually comes with higher internet rates and shorter terms. Well done in paying off the debt!
