Testing the EcoFlow DELTA Max with various loads to see just how much power I can get out of it before it cuts out.

This is a sponsored video. I'm grateful for EcoFlow's flexibility. This is so much better than being told what to say to peddle foam mattresses, razors or online courses.

*Seems like a good solar **Generater.Systems** . I have not had to put it to the test yet in a situation without power but it has seemed to operate fine so far.*

Digging that EcoFlow was chill with you showing off the units limitations, and letting you test it your own way.

That Xboost is a game changer. It doesn't shut off the unit and interrupt your other devices. Nicely done.

You have to have a lot of confidence in your product to let Matthias do a review of it :D

This how sponsorships should truly be. This was so much more respectable than people bending over for vpns, building a website, or things we already know about. If a product is so 'great' then the sellers shouldn't have anything to fear giving people freedom to say whatever they want about it.

But.. If people only depend on ads and sponsorships, then they won't stand up against the bullshit so much.
Great review Matthias! Interesting as always.

Sweet unit! Honest and comprehensive test that most of us can relate to.

“So if you’re going to use this thing as a ups for your computer, don’t run a bandsaw at the same time” hahahaha I’ll keep that in mind! Love it.

6:03 ah, there it is; the Raspberry Pi and the cool ASCII graphs!

I like that you stop short of giving it an endorsement. Give me the observations and let me draw my own conclusion. Though, the distinct lack of you tearing it to shreds is pretty well as good as an endorsement for anybody who watches regularly.

That x-boost is something, can't wait for my extra battery pack to arrive.

An interesting series of tests on a backup battery and inverter, in enough depth to make me honestly look into one of these. I'd be very ok with more sponsored videos like this whenever you are actually free to legitimately analyze the product, it was very helpful and informative.

I actually got one of these a while back because we lose power at my house so often. Use it really only to keep the fridge running. Rather than worrying about an outdoor gas generator and running extension cords I just sit it on the counter beside the fridge. ( edit to add, mine is just the ecoflow delta, not the max, but we got the solar panel upgrade that we thankfully haven't had to use yet)

Best product reviews are honest ones. I’m okay with a product having a flaw as long as I know about it before hand.
This was a great review because as a long time subscriber I know it’s honest.

These style videos are my favorite. Not reviews, but exploring and tests. Your videos on light were some of my favorites.

I like these kind of sponsored videos because they're not just an unboxing and they're very informative. Maybe you can get some sort of solar panel sponsorship in the future?

Excellent review Matthias! Nice to see hard data and an honest conclusion! Suppose i'll have to limit the number of high-consumption woodworking tools I take camping 😁

I run the EcoFlow River Pro (720Wh) with my teardrop boondocking trailer and love it. Of course I try to run everything from the DC power to maximize efficiency, however, it's handy to have the AC inverter. The quick recharge, while not great for the battery life, is nice when i need to supplement power regen from a coffee shop (when I have a few days of cloudy skies and solar doesn't cut it - generally I keep quick charge disabled).

Lol! I actually ran a 20 amp dedicated plug to my DeWalt planer just because I got sick of it popping the breaker!

Soft and hard starts make huge difference on high draw appliances. Love the way you tested it, that’s how products should be done.

This was legitimately interesting to watch! Thank you for doing this type of sponsored video! Not only was it fun to watch, this is the type of advertising I want companies to go back to. "We make a product, it can do X, buy it if you need X" is a win win situation.
