I don't understand why so many people seem to dislike Daiya (shreds or otherwise). I love the stuff! Tastes just like dairy cheese to me. 8-) Maybe that's what people don't like?

I like to put pickled vegetables like asparagus or mixed vegetables as well as olives and strawberries and grapes. Also, Trader Joes sells an eggplant and roasted red pepper spread or dip with garlic that is too die for.

That's a nice cheese board :) Looks like you are Canadian, try Rawesome cream cheese next time in your charcuterie board. Just delicious! Different flavours like a plain one, super traditional with herbs (onions and chives, black pepper and garlic...) or super funky like vegan salmon and vegan bacon ;)

the word, and vegans need to take it away from the meaters![insert Elmo on Fire gif here] Sorry, but as a vegan in cooking school, I found charcuterie class, with all the grinding up of animal parts and stuffing that into casings, the worst part of the three year program. This board looks spectacularly rich, and death free!, so TFP : )
