If none of those water gathering methods work, and you have a fire, you could try this:
1 - Dig a hole on the beach deep enough for it to fill with salt water.
2 - Heat up large rocks in a fire.
3 - Keep placing hot rocks in your pool of salt water until you get a slight boil.
4 - Place your shirt over the hole. (The shirt will collect the water vapor).
5 - Wring out the fresh water from your shirt.
