Doesn’t the live sand contain bacteria that live in salt water? If yes, , doesn’t the Rodi-water kill them??

I just got mine. I noticed on the light (right side) is open, no end cap and you can see the electric components. Is yours like that ?

great review! considering this kit and system. Once livestock is added how much time do you spend daily and weekly on maintenance?

This would be my first saltwater tank and want to make sure I have enough time to humanely care for the fish thanks!
