For the Newbie if you are actually trading in the crypto space and you don't have a sound mentor. Then you are certainly going to get liquidated in 90% of your trades. Yeah that's sad truth. Most people in life will never understand this concept or they never want to be a landlord

If I sell my house now, I get 140-150k tax free. If I rent it out, I owe capital gains on that, and any future increases. If I sell, there are potential realtor fees and other fees for selling or replacing it with a different rental property. So 20k loss to sell, but tax free gains or keep it, no selling fees, but owe 45k in capital gains in the future on my current equity.
