For me just knuckling down and being disciplined during my fasting (18/6) time by not eating anything after my 10 PM cutoff until my next eat interval at 4 PM the next day. I sleep better and there are way few trips to the bathroom in those early morning hours which of course interfere with getting good sleep.

Hello, Kait! I don't drink coffee but I love cacao tea made from roasted cacao bean shells. I drink unsweated, I just brew it a little longer because I like the stronger taste. Is it ok to drink during fasting?

When you've got a horrible illness it doesn't work. I've hardly eaten anything. My sugar is so high. Being unwell changes your blood sugers.

Hi, I have nothing to worry about these things, I fast daily for 23 hours and once a month atleast 72-100 hours. Never had a headache or any other issues. I do Healthy Keto and take some supplements. No Gummies or artificial sugar I eat what I cook. Thanks
