This is the third -- and final -- installment in an explication of my Top 25 Herbs for Alzheimer's Disease.

In this video, I outline with favorite herbs. It started as my "Top Five (5) List," but -- for reasons I explain in the video -- I actually give Six (6):
(5) Chinese Magnolia-Bark Tree (Magnolia officinalis) & Chinese Magnolia Vine/Five-Flavor Berry (Schisandra chinensis)
(4) Saffron (Crocus sativus)[*]
(3) Tumeric (Curcuma longa)
(2) Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis; Salvia rosmarinus)
(1) Ginkgo/Gingko (Ginkgo biloba)
[*] Not to be confused with the poisonous "Meadow Saffron" (Colchicum autumnale), also known as the "Autumn Crocus" and the "Naked Lady [Flower]."
