If you include that the Chinese were part of the allies, and Japan invaded China in 1937.... then it didn't start with Germany in 1939, but they did escalate it.

This is not meant to demean this video or this channel or creator.
All the videos you see about WWII talk about the 6 million Jews that were killed but hardly ever goes on to say that the nazi's actually killed 11 million people in total at the concentration camps and by the hands of the military police that followed the army killing people before there were concentration camps. They didn't just kill the 6 million Jews but in total it was around 11 million people. During WWII thought, upwards of 85 million people died including soldiers and civilians from both theaters, the Pacific and Europe that isn't mentioned that much either in these videos. So lots of people don't realize so many died because there is always emphasis put on the 6 million Jews which was horrible for them to be singled out for genocide but there were 10s of millions who died altogether. Not saying he can put all this information in his 60 second video, I'm speaking in general about all the videos put out about WWII from 60 second videos to hour or longer documentaries. Only the very longest several hour long documentaries go into the total death toll and people don't tend to sit and watch videos that are that long so those combined with the shorter videos not including this information, it has gotten lost to many.
