To everyone who sees this comment. He was not installing the virus on his pc but on a virtual box (which is basically an app that lets you run operating systems without installing them). This was confirmed with two evidences
1. If you watch the top of his screen you see a white stripe that means that he is running an application or software.
2. When the pc restarts it says virtual box.

It is restarting because most likely it is corrupted your boot records on your boot drive. This means that you cannot get rid of the virus without a complete from the metal reinstall of not only your disc software but possibly your firmware. That computer should not be used without a complete reset from the metal up.

For the people scared that he might've broken his computer: he is using a virtual machine, basically an emulation of a Windows computer, this is proven by the fact that his stream doesn't end when his PC is restarting
