I work in computer repair, the most I've ever seen a Malwarebytes scan pickup was 30, 974 detections. An older couple brought in this laptop that was like 15 years old, that mainly the husband used.... It was absolutely loaded, never been cleaned or had virus protection on it. The Malwarebytes scan took 3 whole hours to complete, and to this day it has scarred me with what was on it.
