This color is from the 1970s …. It’s a classic and does work on all skin tones. It’s An ALMOST lipstick…. You look like you love full pigmentation and you will get that with the better pop lipstick in sable or mink.

There is a Black Honey lip gloss. You may like that better. I did. However, the Elf dupe is pretty good too.

Your foundation is too light and the wrong shade for your skin, and because of that your lips look like tinted without lipstick. The problem is that black honey doesn't suit your skin with that foundation. The foundation looks slightly grey, and makes black honey look orangey.
Just look carefully and compare the warm shade of your hands compared to your face, doesn't match.
And if you were not wearing green lens it would help for a more harmonious look, considering the all face. Less is more, otherwise it's just a ordinary, cheap look.
