i used to sell helmets. i always said to never buy a pista, literally the worst for noise isolation. the best i can recommend? Shoei X-pirit pro :). They provide personal fitting as well! If you want a lower budget, maybe go for a hjc rpha, hjc works with memory foam so the foam really moulds to your face shape :). of course schuberth is great as well, just a weird fitting. also scorpion is nice! just don’t buy a pista :)

I recommend the KYT gp helmet i’ve had some good results. but if you dont want to get a new helmet just buy eargasm earplugs they’re pretty good.

Honestly same I bought a jacket that is wayyyy too loosen for me it looks like im the Michelin Man so i dont wear it since im scared of being made fun of since nobody really wears gear in south asia but suprisingly the armor fits well it doesn't move

Only reason i got this jacket is they dont make smaller sizes for my height im 185cm just underweight im around 63kg

Shoei rf1400 is the best helmet I've ever owned. Personally love John doe defender pants and rev it eclipse 2 jackets.
