I love how they didnt show him DO any of the acts he did, it makes his character even more creepy and scary.

"I was just goofin around!"

What man hasn't had to use that excuse at some point in their life when they are strangling themselves on the bathroom doorknob while wearing their wife's underwear?

The dude who played him is such a damn good actor.

Crazy thing is he would have gotten away with it if he didn't start sending those letters again.

A friend of mine knew his neighbor. They said he was a perfectly normal and nice guy. You never know who in your life could secretly be a twisted and demented person or even killer.

Hey, the wife is smarter than any movie character I’ve ever seen. She sees some freak in the house and immediately runs outside. 👍

Asking for the empty cardboard core before giving out a new tape is what happens in the military. It's a sign of a military background.

I know everyone loves Cameron's performance as Ed Kemper, but I bet if we had more seasons and got to the point in which we saw more of this guy and finished his storyline, he would've been the prize of the show. We only got 15 mins of him and he was already so creepy.

The sheer anger I felt when I realized I had binge watched all of Mindhunter, and found out the show was put on hold indefinitely. I’ve been dying (har har) for an active serial killer to be in the show, as opposed to incarcerated ones.

The way they presented him was fantastic. Excellent job

This actor is so impressive in playing the BTK killer, this show has some brilliant casting selection of actors.

4:52 This was the reason Dennis "BTK" Rader didn't have more victims (not for lack of trying). There were plenty of times he broke into people's homes and waited for them to arrive, but luckily for them they didn't come home those nights. It frustrated him when he couldn't commit his heinous acts, which is expressed in this scene of him beating on his chest and leaving. All the way around sick. David Fincher and the writers did a good job.

His was my favorite part of Mindhunter, the creepy music and short vignettes teasing us in S1/S2 was perfect. It would be a tragedy if we didn't get a 3rd season paying this off.

I guy came into the service station where I work and bought a candy bar.
The next week he came back and bought another one,
I said I'm sorry I can't sell you another candy bar until you bring back the wrapper from the one you brought last week.

The scene of him waiting for his victim to come home, and no one coming home, was actually kind of amusing.

The BTK bits were probably my favorite part of Mindhunter. Crazy to see that, when spliced together, all his appearances only total 15 minutes!
