If you're struggling to hit a new PR, try this method to speed up the process!

I made this video longer to give more information. I still don't know if I explained it well enough.

For example:

If you're close to a 405 deadlift 1RM, then put 415 on the bar.

Start all deadlift set days by trying to budge 415 off the ground.

When it starts to lift and you can hold it off the ground for a few seconds, THEN try 405 again.

Feel free to play around with the numbers, timing, etc.

Isometrics is a powerful tool. This is one of the many applications.

You DON'T have to choose only isometrics or dynamics. I recommend doing both!

I practice one leg squat for 2 months now. I haven't tried with weights though. This workout reminds me of that russian dance, and was amaze how they do that effortlessly.
