Once he feels he's in trouble, he'd slam her into the wall - probably multiple times - because he's heavier, stronger and suddenly driven by desperation. So now you gotta hold on to that guillotine for dear life because it's all you got left. The question is, will you be able to do so. I don't like grappling too much in self defense. Grappling is commitment. That's a problem. You wanna disengage. I think one should attack fast and hard and not stop until the aggressor stops or is out.

She already looked on edge going into the elevator. He didn't even attack her. He didn't even fight to get out of her choke. It looked like he decided to get off on a different floor and she overreacted. If the elevator doors opened and seeing him thought he might be trouble she shouldn't have gone in or at least keep her eyes on him not turning her back to him.
