When you invest the return should be at least 12% pa. Because 5%-6% is average inflation and return minus inflation whatever is left will be your return. So, from 18 lakh to 1 crore 13.88% ka CAGR. So, 13.88%-6% inflation= 7.88% my return PA. Which means 1 crore ka value 10 lakh hogi is baseless. Because even with 7.88% return it will be around ₹1.29 crore in 40 years so, today's 1 Crore= futures 1.29 crore. But yes, time horizon is big.
