NO -1 invested 10, 000 in 1980 - thats a big amount then ( as he had only 20, 000 anf investing half money from it was the biggest risk he took)
NO - 2, he stayed invested all his life, so he was able to make such an astonishing amount and i am sure he survived so many market crashes - IT TOOK ALL HIS LIFE TO REACH 1K CRORE

Rs in 1981 Gold was 1800 Rs per 10 gm compare it to todays value...and the land price was 1600 Rs per Acre N/A a common man can afford to buy 10, 000 Rs share at that grandfather buyed 1500 sqft land injust 150 Rs at that time....its just a inflation and that compound is added to that....but whatever... he is rich now🤫
