These are big lies. It depends of the breed you get. There are two breeds of Beagles. One is for the hunting, the second one is selected to be living in apartments. I have a beagle selected to leave in apartment. It is very intelligent and very active. Never aggressive attitude as, on the contrary, I found in other breeds of dogs.
