Imayo has 1K6 steel by Daido. Benifuji actually has the harder steel, @58 HRC+ with its AUS 8. Nice collection though🤗

Please upload some cutting skills, with kai knives. And Benifuji AUS-08 steel is any better than victorinox 316L steel for edge retention.
