One of the fastest methods is using Army, Army is nice for grinding slaps because one hit from a Army equals 1 Slap for you.

this didnt work but THERE IS ANOTHER METHOD THAT YOU CAN GET A LOT OF PUNCHES ALMOST EVERYDAY I GET 10K A DAY WITH NO PUNCHES GAMMEPASSES so here is it
1. equip army, if you have mastery then ur lucky
2. ask a friends to help you make ur army mastery max lvl or do it yourself
3. ask your friend to use the best possible abilities that has SO MUCH HP
using mech can help you get over 60 punches i think... esspecialy when having max army mastery lvl
