I always brush in my ground blinds, and im not paying $600 for a heavy soft blind that you need to move with an atv or tractor. You give great advice for setting up a property, but I wish you'd start to realize that some of us can't afford the stuff you make or pitch in your videos. It's not a knock on you, just a suggestion, as ive learned a lot from you as ive went through doing my 1st plot this year thatbis just shy of 1 acre. And putting in whatever tubs i can get my hands on to put in water sources. So thanks for the great advice.

I have 8 stands up and 2 tripods, but i love my ground blinds. I have the perfect sneak in route so nothing knows I'm there, i can sit there in the rain and not get wet and just walk deer walking around. Mine sit on the ground with cedars behind them . They're killer for small strips of woods that are to thick to be up in a tree because the trees are so thick but on the ground you can see everything and during the rut bucks cruise in there all day.

What kind of hunting chair do you use in your blinds?

Do you leave these Ghillie blinds out year round? I am looking to order one but I am not sure if I want to set it up, and take it down every season/off season. Thanks for the promo code!

Hi Jeff did you drive a cement mixer on the Florida Keys in the early 1970 I’m trying to locate a friend same name as yours.

Mostly hunting in tree stands but on occasion a ground blind is the perfect answer. There is no bigger rush than being at the deer’s level eyeball to eyeball. Luv the topic and info. Thanks Jeff

I use several hard side blinds on low platforms and use military camo netting, along with planting switchgrass and Miscanthus x Gigantis for screening. Thanks for posting this video. Cris

Always liked the look of those ghillie blinds. Have another soft side blind and have had so many problems with mice and wasps..

I've used cheap Amazon blinds for a few years now. $100 for 2 seasons. Have about 7 acres ro hunt and sonfsr ive been lucky. I appreciate all the information and knowledge. It doesn't always apply to me here in North Florida, but common sense weees out the stuff i can't use.

Ok, I like to get my does out of the way asap. Any thoughts on the best way to do that without messing up my mature bucks?

Looks great Jeff! Can’t wait for the season to open. My food plot is taking a hit from drought again this year, but I’ll see what I can do to save it and be successful still this fall. 👍

Used your screening blend this season, on a wide open 5 acre field where we never saw a single buck in daylight in years, now holds deer in daylight, grew like it's on steroids!!

I brushed in a blind 1 year ago. Since then, the leaves have all died off. Its in the woods on a trail... not silhouetted. Should i brush it in again or do you think the deer are used to it?

Thousands of dollars for all times are tough. A deer only has maybe $100-200 worth of meat on it. It doesn't justify itself. Keep it simple. Please do a video on the very basic needs for hunting deer.

A decent popup blind helps keeps the rain/ snow off you. This offers no weather protection. Downside in my book.
