I have these lights and i replaced the lights with 100W Equivalent Daylight A19 Energy Star and Dimmable LED Light Bulb (2-Pack)
each bulb gives you 1680 lumens, they come in 2 back, for around $14.00
they work great you don't get any green or strange colors it works perfect and using the LED bulbs you get more light using them..

i just bought a super minty ( looks like new) canon 100-400 is L (old pull push one) for 700 USD to pair with my 80d to shoot stationery birds and wildlife. do you think i made right choice?
