Just got this for Christmas, and sucks there's little to no documentation on this kit. But glad to know I'm not crazy and realized the octa softbox is nearly impossible to put on... I stopped at 4 rods, I physically cannot put anymore in without snapping a piece of metal in half. I don't care how flexible impact claims the rods are, when metal can flex a whole 90 degrees, that's pushing it hard.

Got mine today and after the 5th rod I started breaking finger nails! I love the solid quality of Impact light gear kits but there has got to be a better way to design the Octa Softbox.

I bought a photography set that included a soft box for a single light bulb it came assembled together already. But I cannot figure out how to put in lightbulb because of circular bracket so close to socket. Can you perhaps know how to put in lightbulb??
