For me I have to be active while pumping. Massaging the whole time. I also gently squeeze while he nurses cause he struggles to empty my breast. I get way more milk than if I just let the pump work on its own

How do you decrease the amount of pumping you do without getting any mastitis or clogged ducts? That’s my biggest fear about pumping too much now (i have a newborn) and scared once i want to not pump as often that I’ll get clogged ducts skin looking for tips on how to successfully cut down.. mind sharing how you did it?
