I had to come back to comment because I’m so surprised how well this method works!

My production went down again after my second mastitis.

I started yesterday morning with 1 power pump session and production was 185ml. I pumped 3 other times that day for 20 minutes as I usually do.

This morning I power pumped again and production was 290ml. Still have to see how it goes the rest of the day. But I’m already extremely impressed about this difference.

My low production gave me so much anxiety. Thank you so much for sharing!

Praying this works my supply severely dropped down to 1-2 ounces and my baby eats 5 ounces at a time

My baby is definitely getting enough milk from each feed (I can tell by weight gain and diapers) but I’ve been trying to start a frozen milk stash for when I need to be somewhere without him or so dad can start bonding with feeds as well and honestly the most I’ve ever gotten was 2oz out of both boobs and that was basically a miracle. I’m definitely gonna try this

My baby is 4 months old and I've been successfully pumping/breastfeeding till just a few days ago when my supply inexplicably decreased. I'm FREAKING OUT and have been trying all the tips. Drinking more water, eating more oatmeal, adding a pumping session, breast massage, supplements. I have yet to try power pumping and I really hope it works. Thanks for this video! There's something about your calm demeanor that just put me at ease.

Thank you for this. My baby is 2+ weeks old and I struggle to produce 1+ oz/day. I don't understand how other moms can produce like 1 liter/day. My baby is mixed feeding rn but I'd really like to have her on breastmilk exclusively. I've tried everything including organic milkmaid tea, moringga, fenugreek, sunflower lecithin (when my ducts were clogged with colostrum), lots of soup, I guess this is my last hope, waiting to see results..

Thank God for sending me to this video. I have been pumping for 30 minutes every 2 hrs. It has been 3 weeks and I have only seen the tiniest bit of increase. I feel like my nipples will fall off. I'm going to decrease the duration and add in a power pump session like you described. I hope this works.

I have a 1 week old and a history with PCOS, my lactation specialist has instructed me to power pump. Thanks for sharing this information, I will be making all of my baby’s food pretty soon prayerfully.

Been exclusively breastfeeding my baby for 5 months. She recently started solids and my supply has dropped in what seems like overnight. Baby has slightly less wet nappies (plenty poos though) but I knew my supply had dipped since my let down is usually within seconds but took about 5 mins to start. I don’t hear my babys deep swallowing like usual just small gulps. Definitely trying this to build my supply back up 🙏

You can eat roasted peanuts if you're not allergic it does increase your milk supply as well.

I have preemie twins and my milk supply dropped over night, I'm a brand new mom so I'm learning so much I was told I can do power pumping once per day along with pumping every 2 hours to get my supply back up! I really hope this helps I'm willing to try anything.

My needs are chocolate (I have month supply of chocolate at home), water (2 bottles of two liters, one for each arm) and hands-free pump. I can pump while feeding, makes my life so much easier

My son is today 6 weeks old and i‘m lucky that i can at least partially breastfeed him bc i have a genetic defect called tubular breast, my breast tissue didn‘t completely develop in my teenage years. The part under my nipples is very small to not existent. I will try this out, maybe the functional part of my breasts can increase the production to make up for what‘s lacking…. Wish me luck 🍀
