The next text is a short extract from "OCULTA CULTRO - LIBER PRIMUS" a manual in which I will share for the first time the philosophy and hidden aspect of the blade system that I teach.

Quattuor Principiis - Four Principles
1. Penetrare, (Penetrate) - element Wind
2. Interceptio, (Intercept) - element Water
3. Evadere, (Evade) - element Void
4. Destruo, (Destroy) - element Fire
PENETRARE(Penetrate) is the first combat principle that directs the whole mind-body towards penetration of the target. This penetration being a passing right through, like a lightning to disrupt not only physical structure, but also vital energy. This principle as a technique, should arise out from a Mushin state of mind i.e. be undetected by our prior actions or structure, and strike right thru by action within the opponents in-between states of thought, motion and structure. Using this principle the warrior is penetrating with the knife like a spear, any form of resistance, guard and attack of the enemy.
INTERCEPTIO(Intercepting)means to intercept before the opponents action is fully formed. This stop-hit principle not only finds the target within change and transition - and thereby not fully formed, it prevents the opponent from reacting before being overwhelmed, as their intended action is dissolved. This is to induce a spatial-temporal lag in the opponent, and to exploit it.
EVADARE(Evade) principle concentrate on the voids in space (between the warrior and the opponent) and thereby induce - thru movement, a temporal (timing) void in the opponents structure. The goal being to disrupt the opponents action, creating the space and the time to evade. Evasion does not mean all the time "avoidance of contact". Sometimes to be able to evade you need to have direct contact with your enemy using one or more principles (Penetrare, Interceptio and also Destruo).
DESTRUO(Destroy) The 'Ruthlessness-Destruction' Principle has the goal of annihilation of the opponent and to stop the 'attack' of the opponent immediately. Destruo can be combined with all the other principles.
