NO MIND

The entry of thought into the mind limits the cosmic action. In emptying the mind of thought, action comes out of the limitless ground. This does not mean that thought isn’t participating in the action, only that it isn’t limiting the action, where the mind is null thought has merged within totality.

Thru training, you transfer the habits from brain to body and you keep on emptying the mind ( when its a habit, the body does it automatically) because of this, empty mind = more space for learning. This is why every Guru teaches practice and small habits.
