i buy a brand that won't use cheap parts.. chipset is the same but poor power regulation, cheap capacitors or bad thermal management will reduce the life of the part.

Got an ASRock X670E PG Lightning motherboard when any B650 or B650E probably would've done the trick. My thought process was the features of the X670E I got may not be useful now, but in a few years they probably will be. Oh well. That ASRock board is one of the cheaper X670Es out there at least.

I think all my parts are super great thanks to the guy that help me, but the most expensive it always the gpu bc originally I was going to buy a gigabyte 4070ti 12gb but it was $800 so I ended up getting the asus proart 4070ti bc it was in sale like 200 less than the gigabyte

My PC is exactly what i wanted. Didn't need to pay the extra for a 4090 so got the 4080. I got the balance spot on including the monitor.

I literally bought the cheapest 4090 with 7800x3d, the other 4090s available were 1k euro more than the one i got, same performance, just looks more "sexy". Instead of my pc looking sexy i just used the money into making high end racing simulator with triple screen.

Did you really compared a b650 and a x670 that's a different chipset definitely I would buy x670 if i hsd money use a 7950x .
