Hmmm while yeah most people shouldn't worry about GPU power draw, with today's trend I think power efficiency is becoming an even more important spec to look for. One of the best things about the 4070ti is that it's a 3090/3090ti card at 285W (Compared to 350+W). Lower electricity bill, lower power consumption, lower heat output at the same performance.

AMD cards also excel at being power efficient (while also being cheaper, and performing quite well).

For gpu power draw it depends on the user. If your a mid range or lower. Power draw is important most of the users since they factor power consumption. But for the enthusiasts, it does not matter since they want the best performance. Why buy a 4090 and worry about your electric bill beacause it consumes up to 450watts

about the noise fan.. it's somehow important to me but not a dealbreaker.. I usually work at night and I don't really like wearing headphones and headsets.. Pag gabi na at sobrang tahimik ng paligid.. parang na aamplify yung ingay ng fans.. it's fine tho.. hindi naman sya sobrang ingay.. pero na bobother lng ako kung bkt biglang nag iingay yung fan kahit wala namang workload sa PC

For CPUs, single threaded bench mark is important not the GHz and 6 cores is a requirement. Muntik na ako mapabili ng x3d na yan ang liit lang nang increase sa single threaded benchmark :).

I think yung sa fan noise, mostly mga streamers ang concerned diyan. But nowadays, tama ka na masmaganda na ang mga cases ngayon and they can muffle the fan noises.
