Thank you for not being one of the PF haters. Not everyone wants to be the next Arnold and if I go to PF instead of sitting in front of the computer watching YouTube, then it's a good thing.

I use plant fitness I'm down 100lbs and up to a 18" arms and now focusing on chest a bit more. It's not where you workout it's how you workout . And all of our the machines and free weights we have go up as high as you want

I go to this gym. I'm there @ 430am. Do what I have to do, and get out. No one bothers me, no one hounds me. I think the stuff I've heard is ridiculous. No pizza at the place I go, although there's not many there at my time hard to tell. Tootsie rolls they have, even the employees think that's a joke... as I do..So I go in, get mine, and move on---no worries

The planet fitness that's next to my home isn't all that great because it's very small and doesn't have a lot of the equipment that I saw in this video. But I can still get some shit done though. I go in there, i use 4-5 machines and I'm out the door in 30 minutes. Planet fitness isn't a bad place. It gets the job done and for $10 a month it's a steal. People hate on it because it's the cool thing to do. Like I said. I just walk in there, do my shit and out the door 30 minutes later

You’re a good guy bro, I like how you started on all the hate this gym gets. They’re definitely way too serious about dropping weights and going for big gains, but the equipment works if you know how to use it

Planet fitness has dumbbells that go up to about 70 pounds i think, unless you are an absolute beast, you don't need more than that to get a good workout.

This is definitely a solid workout routine. I do a lot of this stuff at my gym too. Really love those lying leg curls for a nice burn in the hammies! 😜

You don't have to go to a gym, but a good gym (not a Planet Fitness ) has a selection of equipment that you would never have at home, it has an atmosphere that makes you want to workout, and it removes all of the distractions that you would have at home. It's kind of like you can make coffee at home and surf the web, but it's not like being in a good coffee shop.

Hell yeah dude! I just started working out again. I did workout in college pretty frequently but since covid started I haven’t been to the gym for 1 1/2 years decided to get a PF membership cuz it’s affordable. I decided to start doing full body workouts and I’m glad this video reinforced my thought process! What other workouts do you recommend that are great for full body blocks like this one?

I agree about volume. Lots of reps (no junk volume) and sets for muscle mass. Have you ever read, "Body by science" by Doug Mgouff?

Ive always been underweight, problems with putting on lbs, so I recently got a membership to PF. I've been sitting between 120-150 for the last 12 years.. Been going only two weeks, I feel like I'm kind of wandering around with no real goal. Don't get me wrong, I'm hitting the machines with pure intent to get reps and I'm increasing weight after sets until failure, but I'll be honest when I say idk wtf I'm doing. I've just been working through every one of the machines, and what few body weight exercises I know, until I'm absolutely beat. I tie that in with about a 5 mile cycle ride (used to do 20-25 Miles 6 days a week years ago) I'm there about 2.5-3.0 hrs.. I need to do some learning, find a 5 day a week routine or something. I feel like with some focusing I could trim that down to 1.5-2.0 hrs and get more meaningful sessions in.

i was thinking about going to planet fitness soley because of the easy price they have per month, does the workout routine help with weight loss by chance or just normal muscle growth
