Samsonite Lock Instructions

Instructions on how to open Samsonite Integrated TSA luggage locks. This lock type is featured on many of our suitcases including Novaire, Inova, Spettro, and Stryde 2 collections.

Yes!! This video is a lifesaver! They SHOULD provide instructions with luggage piece. Outside. I was ready to send back.

Why on earth do you not provide opening instructions outside the suitcase? This is such bad customer service, was about to send the darnd thing back so frustrated.

Incomplete advise! You need to depress the small silver button with a pen or small screwdriver and THEN set your new code by pressing the button towards the combination lock!

The button with the TAS lock doesn’t slide and pushing the silver button with a ballpoint pen and setting a code does nothing

tsa left the tsa key hole set to unlocked, now my bag won't lock at all, any ideas on how to fix that?

I'm pressing the top of the locks at the same time as shown, but they're not releasing! I've tried seven times now.

kind of ridiculous that you don't include instructions on how to do this. your customers shouldn't have to look it up on youtube.
