Extra tip: SHE"S RIGHT. When you have to 'push it in' it was difficult for me to do so, and I didn't. There's a fair bit of resistance; but when I did, I was able to get the 1/4 turn easily, etc etc. THANK YOU!

With a Samsonite lock I only can push the shackle down at 90 degrees, there is a notch. Then turning 90 degrees - only one direction is possible - then setting the new number. Thanks for the video, which brought me on the right track.

I have a TSA330 lock which has 4 numbers. I can pull my shackle up, turn it 90 degrees anti clockwise, push it down fully, i can still turn anti clockwise but seem unable to change the code. If I push it down a little it will also turn the numbers when I turn it further anti clockwise. Any advise?

I have an old bag that doesn't have a press hole or button to press to change the lock.

It's attached to the trolley bag and it only has the system where you press it with both fingers on both sides and it opens up.

It's still in factory set lock - 000. How to set one ? Any ideas ?
