This is one small thing only Archons can do in Genshin Impact.

kokomi had a bit of the fishes and bubbles effect if u pay attention,
qiqi also has also has a bit of the cryo effect with some paper
lisa also has one (the rose)
kuki has her elemental skill effect
faruzan has one too, its basically quite noticeable so yh
razor has one
barbara has one
jean has one
idk if this counts but xianglings effect has gouba too, which lets some fire out which may also be a effect

thats all i know lol, but the archons have their pose indeed a bit more with the effect

they arent the only characters with effects upon selection, razor has it as well

Everyone in the comments is saying it’s not just the archons but they’re wrong. The archons are the only ones with elemental particles around them that stay after the animation. For example, Raiden has electricity around her, and Razor does too but only during the animation. It disappears afterwards while Raiden’s stays. There are also characters that have things even after their animation (Shenhe, Baizhu, Ganyu, etc.) but it’s not the same as the archons. They still don’t have the elemental particles around them like the archons do.

Keqing blinks and has an effect. Shenhe's avatar stays and just goes away once she is part of the team. There are other characters it's not exclusive to archons only
