I'm glad that you're talking about the double fry at the end. Not a lot of people have the time or patience to do that. Some, like me, need something that's quick yet still good and this video is the answer.


Also, weirdly enough I like oily food. Not too oily, but just enough oil to give it more taste (?) and make my lips a bit wet so I prefer the deep fry

The thing with using an air fryer is the fact that you can fry foods easily without using oils, of course deep fried foods are tastier because of the oil, but an air fryer does wonders when you are on a diet or in a healthy lifestyle.

That only works with already fatty things like chicken wings. For similar crispy potato fries you need to cover them in oil before frying in the Air Fryer.

I dont think air fryer is meant for competing the food crispyness with deep fryer but more like for healthier cooking method since you can cook stuff without the need of using too much oil or no oil at all
