CGI Forest Clip in Cinema 4D and Octane

'I held you, for every second of your life. But then the forest burned before me, the field turned to ash, and I stood there hopeless as I watched it consume you. A life need not be long lived for it to have made an impression upon the world. Now I sit here in silence and watch, in hopes that one day new life will grow again…'

I ended up making this piece as a way to express how I felt as I went through a miscarriage. Full CGI rendered in Cinema 4D and Octane.

Have you looked into character animation at all, any interest in it whether in C4D or iClone or some other program?

Wow this is awesome! Where did you get the vegetation and how did you do that fog? Vdb? Or just volume scatter? I like how we start inside and go out it's like a mini story
